◾ HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO MAKE?

Our current production time is 1-2 working days

 

◾ HOW MUCH IS THE POSTAGE?

UK ordes - The delivery charge is £2.99 for orders below £75. FREE delivery for orders of £75 +

International Orders: The delivery charge is £11.99

 

◾ WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

UK orders:  2-3 working days after dispatch

International orders: 7-10 working days after dispatch

 

◾ HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Leather bracelets: available in 3 lengths to fit a wrist of 6.5", 7" or 7.5". If you require a different size, please ask. Select the correct size according to your ACTUAL wrist measurement (do not add extra), I will add a little extra for comfort.

◾ HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY ITEM?

Simply order as normal and leave a note on the order (during checkout) stating what you would like me to engrave on each ring.

 

◾ CAN LEATHER JEWELLERY GET WET?

Leather bracelets: Make sure you protect the bracelet from water. This is very important as water will strip the oils from the leather, it will then stiffen and eventually crack.

Magnetic clasp bracelets: the magnet in the stainless steel clasp contains iron which will rust if frequently exposed to water reducing the effectiveness of the clasp.

 

◾ CAN I ADD MORE RINGS TO MY BRACELET AT A LATER DATE?

YES, it is possible with most of our styles but not all. Please message me to discuss the options.
