Personalised items are non-returnable

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalised items.

 

Exchanges

We do accept size exchanges. 

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be in an unworn or unused condition You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, please contact us at personalisedtreasuresuk@gmail.com

We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. Please use a trackable, insured service and make sure you keep your proof of postage.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds for faulty items

We will always try and repair/replace all faulty items. In certain cases we will issue a refund instead upon receiving the faulty item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
